Google stops translating after dot "."

Description
If you Disable punctuations break in new admin preferences or in parser.php, google stops translating after a dot. This problem doesn't affect bing translation.
Simple example:
Original language (english): One, two, three, four.
Google translation (spanish): Uno, dos, tres, cuatro.
Bing translation (spanish): Uno, dos, tres, cuatro.
Original language (english): One. Two. Three. Four.
Google translation (spanish): Uno.
Bing translation (spanish): Uno. Dos. Tres. Cuatro.
