201	Translation not occurring consistentely	brubros	ofer	"While I acceot that, from transposh's point-of-view, there are no bugs (just features) with transposh and that most/all problems are related to other software, we are still encountering problems where some articles translate completely and some do not but we don't know where to turn for help for the articles that do not translate.

Example:

An article does not translate consistently (source language is 'ru' and translated language is 'es' while default language is 'en')

Symptom: On article page, nothing is translated, not even partially (screen capture : http://www.actuparchives.org/2011-12-28_101514.jpg)

Does this pattern suggest any direction that we should pursue to fix the problem? Contact template vendor? A widget conflict? If not a bug with transposh, where do we go next?
